How’s this for using your head? Martin Palermo of Boca Juniors scored a spectacular 45-yard goal off a header against Velez Sarsfield. “El Loco” intercepted a clearance from the Velez goalkeeper with a first-time header that found its way into an unguarded net.  It was Palermo’s 200th goal in the Argentine first division.
